不同等级泡桐容器苗大田移栽后生长表现对比

摘    要:【目的】泡桐轻基质容器苗的是利用泡桐良种脱毒组培苗移栽至轻基质容器中培育形成的苗木,在其工厂化培育过程中,由于培育水肥和光照微生境的异质性,使同批泡桐组培苗生长形成为生长势不同的轻基质容器苗,为明确不同等级泡桐轻基质容器苗移栽至大田后苗木间生长和质量的差异;【方法】在河南省通许县建立生长对比试验林,对泡桐轻基质容器苗壮苗和弱苗的大田移栽苗木的苗高、地径、根幅、根茎叶器官组织中全氮、全磷、全钾和有机碳浓度、单位面积产苗数和优质苗产出率进行了测定分析。【结果】1个生长季后,泡桐轻基质容器苗壮苗培育的大田苗苗高、地径、根幅和大田保存率为3.96m、5.77cm、1.34m和92.22%,分别比弱苗提高了40.43%、19.21%、103.03%和18.41%。方差分析表明,各生长指标均极显著高于弱苗培育的大田苗;泡桐壮苗培育的大田苗茎组织内各矿质元素浓度均高于弱苗大田苗,组织内全磷、全钾浓度分别为0.49 g·kg-1和2.56 g·kg-1,均极显著高于弱苗培育的大田苗;而壮苗根、叶组织中全氮、全磷、全钾和有机碳浓度与弱苗差异不显著;壮苗单位面积大苗产出数6403株·hm-2和优质苗产出率达58.24%,分别比弱苗提高了1.17倍和8.73倍。【结论】利用泡桐轻基质容器苗壮苗培育的大田苗的优质苗产出数、苗木质量均优于利用弱苗培育大田轻基质容器苗,应在生产中推广应用。

Comparison of Growth and Quality of Young Paulownia Trees after Afforestation with Container Seedlings of Different Grades

Abstract:【Objective】Paulownia light matrix container seedlings are seedlings cultivated by transplanting virus-free tissue culture seedlings of Paulownia varieties into light matrix container. In the process of industrialized cultivation,because of the heterogeneity of water,fertilizer and light microhabitats,the same batch of Paulownia tissue culture seedlings grow into light matrix container seedlings with different growth potential.【Method】A comparative growth experimental forest was established in Tongxu County of Henan Province to study the seedling height,ground diameter,root width,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and total potassium in root,stem and leaf organ tissues of strong and weak seedlings of Paulownia light matrix container seedlings. The concentration of organic carbon,the number of seedlings per unit area and the yield of high quality seedlings were measured and analyzed.【Result】After one growing season,the height,diameter,root width and field preservation rate of strong seedlings of Paulownia container seedlings were 3.96 m,5.77 cm,1.34 m and 92.22%,which were 40.43%,19.21%,103.03% and 18.41% higher than those of weak seedlings,respectively. Variance analysis showed that each growth index was significantly higher than that of weak seedlings;the concentration of mineral elements in stem tissue of strong seedlings of Paulownia was higher than that of weak seedlings,and the concentration of total phosphorus and potassium in tissue were 0.49 g·kg-1 and 2.56 g·kg-1,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of weak seedlings;while the root and leaf groups of strong seedlings were significantly higher than that of weak seedlings. The total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and organic carbon concentration in the tissue had no significant difference with weak seedlings;the output of large seedlings per unit area of strong seedlings was6 403 plants·hm-2 hectares and the yield of high-quality seedlings was 58.24%,which was 1.17 times and 8.73 times higher than that of weak seedlings,respectively. Conclusion] The number and quality of high-quality seedlings cultivated with strong seedlings of Paulownia light-medium container are better than those with weak seedlings.,and it should be applied in production.
