四轴WEDM机床锥度切割运动分析

摘    要:介绍了四轴WEDM机床的结构和坐标系统,在分析了四轴WEDM机床运动的基础上,提出了一种在等锥度和变锥度情况下均适用的四轴运动控制方法。通过这一方法,由工件下表面加工轨迹和锥度角推导出工作台和上导丝嘴的运动轨迹,并应用于四轴WEDM机床计算机数控系统中。实验证明该方法正确有效。

MOTION ANALYSIS OF TAPER MACHINING USING FOUR-AXIS WEDM MACHINE TOOL

Abstract:The configuration and the reference frame of the four-axis wire-electric discharge machining (WEDM) machine tool are introduced. Based on the motion analysis of the four-axis WEDM machine tool, an algorithm for controlling the four-axis motion is proposed. The algorithm is applicable to both the invariable and variable taper machining. Motion loci of the machining platform and the wire guiding head are deduced by the algorithm according to the bottom surface locus of the workpiece and the taper angle. The algorithm is used in the CNC system of the four-axis WEDM machine tool and confirmed to be effective.
