甜高粱茎秆在冷冻条件下含糖量的变化研究

摘    要:采用15个甜高粱作为研究材料,分别对收获时及冷冻153、0和45 d的茎秆含糖量进行研究。结果表明:甜高粱的茎秆在冷冻条件下45 d内对甜高粱茎秆的含糖量没有显著影响,在生产加工过程中可以采用冷冻的方式进行贮藏。

Abstract:Taking 15 sweet sorghum varieties as experimental materials,the study of stem sugar content in harvest time and after frozen 15 days,30 days and 45 days was studied.The results showed that there was no significant effect on the stem sugar content under the frozen condition in 45 days,that is to say,we could store the sweet sorghum in the form of frozen in the production and processing.
