摘    要:盐胁迫对农业生产的威胁是一个世界性的热点问题,也是影响全球生态环境的重要因素之一。当植物遭受盐胁迫时,其生长发育受到抑制,这通常与光合作用效率的下降密切相关。本文针对盐胁迫对植物光合作用不同方面的影响进行了综述,主要包括气孔导度、光合色素、PSⅡ光化学反应、光合电子传递、叶绿体超微结构、类囊体膜蛋白复合体以及光合磷酸化和CO2固定等方面,以期为丰富盐胁迫下植物光合作用理论提供依据。

Abstract:Salt stress is one of the important factors affecting global ecological environment and a worldwide hot issue threatening agricultural production.The growth of plants is inhibited when they are subjected to salt stress.Usually this is closely related to the decrease in photosynthesis efficiency.This paper summarized the effects of salt stress on plant photosynthesis under different aspects,including stomatal conductance,photosynthetic pigment,PSⅡ photochemical reaction,photosynthetic electron transfer,chloroplast ultrastructure,thylakoid membrane protein, photosynthetic phosphorylation and CO2 securing,so as to provide a basis for enriching theory of plant photosynthesis under salt stress.
