在生理和病理条件下十八反配伍禁忌的实验研究

作者选用十八反中三个常用组对（藻戟遂芫反甘草、半夏反乌头、细辛反藜芦）分别对９头水牛、１３头猪、３８只山羊、１７４只家兔和５５只小白鼠进行试验。通过临床检验、病理学检查、血清蛋白电泳和血清钾、钠高子的测定等方法,实验结果表明：十枣汤复方药理作用有明显利尿、排钠、升高血清白蛋白、退热和增强机体细胞免疫功能等五大作用。对内脏器官无明显病理损害。但十枣汤加甘草作用明显减弱,清理损害明显加重。藜芦与细辛配伍后短期内有食欲减损,但无一例中毒死亡。乌头与半夏配伍无一例死亡,仅见体温升高,心率加快等轻度反应,实验结果证明十八反常用三个反药配伍是相对配伍禁忌,不是绝对的配伍禁忌,因此在临床上慎用。

STUDY ON THE INCOMPATIBILITY OF "ANTAGONISM IN THE EIGHTEENMEDICINAL HERBS" IN PHYSIOLOGIC AND PATHOLOGIC CONDITIONS

buffalo, 13 swine, 38 goats, 174 rabbits and 55 mice were used for experiments in "antagonism in the eighteen medicinal herbs". By means of clinical and pathological examinations, serum protain electrophoresis. and the tests of serum potassium and sodium, the results indicated that Shi Zao Decoction took obviously five effects on diuresis, sodium excretion, abatement of fever, raising the level of serum albumin and enhancing cellular immune function, and no distinct damage to the visceral organs. However when Radix Glycyrrhizae was added to Shi Zao Decoction, the effevts were attenuated, and the damage had an enhancement. The compatibility of Black Falsehellebore with Manchurian Wildyinger would cause anorexia in the animals, but no one was poisoned to death The compatibility of Common Monkshood Radix Aconiti with Rhizoma Pinelliae could make temperature rise and heart beat accelerate, and no one died from the poison either. From the experiments,we came to a conclusion that the three incompatibilities of"antagonism in the eighteen medicinal berbs" were relative rather than absolute.
