| 摘 要： | 通过对黄土高原生态植被建设中存在的问题及其原因分析,提出了应遵循自然规律,发掘生态功能强的植物种类,创建良好的混交植被结构,强化投入、管理和生态教育等相应对策.提出应变"以经济效益为主"为"突出生态效益,进行经济效益时空补偿"的观点.

| Abstract: | In view of the problems existed in eco vegetation construction in loess plateau, the causes and solutions are put forward to. The viewpoints are as follows: complying with natural laws; seeking various plant resources with high eco efficiency; establishing mixed structure with varies of plant; inputting more and taking rational management; developing awareness education. It is important to turn "economic return first" into "devoting much more attention to eco environment", and to take a compensation in economic return by accordance with the characteristics of varies areas at certain period. |
