摘    要:人力资源是提高高职院校竞争力、发展力的关键因素,人力资源管理是高职院校管理的核心内容。通过分析目前高职院校人力资源管理其存在的问题,提出了加强高校人力资源管理的几点对策,望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Abstract:Human resources is the key factor to improve the competition and development of high duty universities and colleges , Human resource management is core content management of high duty universities and colleges.After analysing the problems of Human Resource Management of high duty universities and colleges at present , The article has brought forward several countermeasures reinforcing Human Resource Management in colleges and universities , is looking for being able to arrive at the effect breaking the ice up.
