紫叶酢浆草组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:研究了紫叶酢浆草地下鳞茎初代培养、继代培养和生根培养3个技术环节的激素配比以及生根苗移栽试验。结果表明:以MS为基本培养基,初代培养激素配比以6-BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L+2,4-D0.1 mg/L为宜,诱导率达83%,增殖系数为2.6;在继代培养中,以6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 m/L为宜,增殖系数达3以上;以1/2MS为基本培养基,生根激素以NAA0.1 mg/L为宜,可使生根率达92%;生根苗移栽基质为蛭石与细沙按1:1时移栽成活率达90%。

Abstract:Studies on hormone combinations of 3 kinds of culture including primary culture, subculture and rooting culture in the micropropagation method of Oxalis triangularis purpurea also on the transplanting conditions of rooted shoots. The experiments showed that the adventitious buds were induced to proliferation on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L,NAA0.5 mg/L and 2,4-D 0.1 mg/L, the induction rate was 83%. On an average 2.6 shoots were formed per original explant in the initial culture. The number of shoots in subculture was more than 3 on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L and NAA0.1 mg/L. The rooting rate of the shoots reached 92% on 1/2MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L NAA; After transferred to a mixture with vermiculite and sands (l:l),about 90% of the rooted shoots were survival.
