| 摘 要： | 从社会系统脆弱性理论入手，找出了灾害框架下和煤炭城市框架下社会脆弱性共性和个性。借助危险、灾害和脆弱性的关系，做出典型煤炭城市危险机制图。选定指标以后，利用层次分析法确定权重，进行胁迫现状评估和危险评估，最后做综舍分析。

| Abstract: | This article, starting with the vulnerability theory of social system, make the distinction of the social characteristics between the framework of disasters and the framework of coal city. With the help of the relationship among hazard,disasters and the vulnerability, map the the mechanism of the hazard . After the selection of targets, using AHP to determine the weight, take assessment of the status quo and hazard, then, make the final analysis. |
