| Abstract: | Grid technology was introduced for development of digital forestry support platform in this paper. The function, principles and model of grid application were discussed. Management and application of the basic Web service for digital forestry platform were implemented with grid technology. The Web service criteria were established for digital forestry support platform. The basic architecture of digital forestry support platform was designed. |
