地丁草提取物对桃蚜的生物活性

摘    要:以地丁草的全草为试材,在室内测定了不同提取方法和不同溶剂提取的地丁草提取物对桃蚜的生物活性。结果表明:不同提取方法和不同溶剂的提取物对桃蚜的毒力有显著差异。组合中以石油醚为溶剂的地丁草索氏提取物对桃蚜触杀活性最高,在浓度为100 g/L时,12、24、48 h的校正死亡率分别达80.00%、96.67%、98.33%,24 h的致死中浓度LC50达22.50 g/L;忌避作用试验表明,处理24、48、72 h后,地丁草索氏提取物对桃蚜的忌避率分别为88.75%、83.33%、83.33%。表明以石油醚为溶剂的地丁草索氏提取物对桃蚜有较高的触杀和忌避活性。

Abstract:The bioactivity of Corydalis bungeana extracts by selecting different extraction methods and solvents to Myzus persicae was investigated in the laboratory. The results showed that the contact toxicity of extracts to M. persicae was significant different between different extraction methods and solvents. The petroleum ether extract by soxhlet extraction had the highest contact toxicity against M. persicae. The corrected mortality reached 80.00%, 96.67% and 98.33%, respectively, at the concentration of 100 g/L at 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after treatment. The LC50 to M. persicae was 22.50 g/L at 24 h. The results showed that the deterrent rates were 88.75%, 83.33% and 51.79%, respectively, at the concentration of 100 g/L at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after treatment. It suggested that petroleum ether extract of C. bungeana by soxhlet extraction method had the highest contact and deterrent bioactivity to M. persicae.
