| 摘 要： | 辊锻过程中金属变形及流动,与一般模锻工艺相比存在较大的差异,因而其工艺设计及初成形道次模具、整形模具设计也不同于常规模锻工艺。本文结合辊锻工艺特点,全面地阐述了连杆初成形辊锻时工艺设计、初成形模具设计,以及整形模具设计计算。

| Abstract: | The deformation and flow of metal in the process of roll forging are much different from those of ordinary die forging, So are the design of its technology, preliminary forming dies and dressing dies. In the light of the technological properties of roll forging, the design of the technology, the design of die, the design and calculation of dressing dies for roll forging of the preliminary forming of connecting rod are described in an allaround way in this paper. |
