蒙古鲌对几种常用药物的敏感性试验

[目的]为蒙古鲌的科学用药提供参考,促进其养殖业的发展.[方法]对蒙古鲌进行了一些常用药物的敏感性试验.[结果]蒙古鲌对氯氰菊酯十分敏感,48 h TLM为0.072 mg/L,最低致死浓度范围为0.063～0.069 mg/L,安全浓度为0.021 6 mg/L.蒙古鲌鱼苗对甲苯咪唑、敌百虫、硫酸铜、强氯精、聚维酮碘均不敏感.以安全浓度为标准,蒙古鲌鱼苗对氯氰菊酯的敏感性大于辛硫磷.[结论]该研究可为更好保护和开发蒙古鲌资源提供依据.

Susceptibility Test on Culter mongolicus with Several Kinds of Common Drugs

[Objective] The research aimed to provide references for the scientific drug-administration of Culter mongolicus and promote the development of its breeding industry.[Method] The susceptibility experiment on C.mongolicus with several kinds of common drugs was conducted.[Result] C.mongolicus was very sensitive to cypermethrin,48 h TLM was 0.072 mg/L,minimum lethal concentration was 0.063-0.069 mg/L and 0.021 6 mg/L.C.mongolicus seedlings were insensitive to mebendazole,trichlorfon,bluestone,strong chlorine and povidone iodine.From the view of safe concentration,the susceptibility of C.mongollius seedlings to cypermethrin was greater than that to phoxim.[Conclusion] The research could provide basis for better protecting and developing the resources of C.mongolicus.
