| 摘 要： | 蛹虫草在分类学上与冬虫夏草同归于虫草属,是一种珍贵的药用真菌,其化学成分和药理作用与冬虫夏草相似,在临床上常替代冬虫夏草入药。蛹虫草具有抗癌、杀菌、消炎、增强免疫力等功效,不仅能食用,而且还可制成保健品和药品。由于野生蛹虫草资源极为有限,不能满足日益增加的市场需求,人工栽培蛹虫草成为必需。目前,人工栽培蛹虫草已获成功,并实现了规模化生产。

| Abstract: | Cordyceps militaris Link(CML) and Cordyceps sinensis(Berk) Sacc.(CSS) belonged to Cordyceps in the taxolegy.CML was a rare medicinal fungi.The chemical components and pharmacological functions of CML were similar with those of CSS,there were some functions such as against cancer,sterilizing,diminishing inflammation and so on and CSS was always insteaded by CML in the field of medicine.Not only could it be made into foodstuff,but also it could be made into health production and medicine.But the resource of wild CML was too limited to satisfy the increasing market requirment.It was indispensable to cultivate CML by manual work.Through researching step by step,the artificial CML had been cultivated successfully in large scale. |
