集约化兔场高致病性痢疾志贺菌的分离与鉴定

石河子某大型规模化养兔场陆续发生一种高发病率、高死亡率的兔病。临床表现为皮下出现大小不一的脓肿,脓汁呈干酪样,尤其在颈部、背部和四肢较多发。食欲和精神无明显变化,病初体温升高,最后脓肿破溃,肌肉萎缩,消瘦而死。经细菌培养、形态学观察、动物实验、药敏实验以及生化特性鉴定和血清学实验最终确定为痢疾志贺菌。此菌对多种常用抗生素能产生耐药性,但对红霉素及部分人医用药品较敏感。
