不同诱食剂对阿勒泰大尾羊麦草采食量的影响

摘    要:分别选择果绿、草味剂、甜蜜素、柠檬酸和苹果酸调质的果味剂作为试验诱味剂.试验结果表明在第1期试验中甜味剂处理组、绿色剂处理组和对照组20 d每只羊平均采食麦草量分别为, 653.96±35.60、587.21±26.57和600±21.31 g/d.甜味剂组分别比绿色剂处理组和对照组分别提高66.75和53.96 g,差异显著(P<0.05).在第2期试验中草香剂处理组、果味剂处理组和对照组20 d每只羊平均麦草采食量为612.20±35.23、593.08±29.78和602.64±24.90 g/d,差异不显著(P>0.05).在第3期试验中甜味剂和绿色剂组合诱食剂的麦草采食量为664.98±14.85 g/d,对照组的麦草采食量为631.66±14.29 g/d,差异显著(P<0.05).说明以甜蜜素作为甜味剂诱食剂可以增加阿勒泰大尾羊的麦草采食量.

Abstract:The apple green,grass flavor,sweet flavor and fruit flavor were chosen as trial flavor.The trial result indicated that in the first period time,every sheep of sweet group,green group and control group are 653.96±35.60 g/d,587.21±26.57 g/d,600±21.31 g/d respectively.The intake of sweet group is higher 66.75 and 53.96 than that of green group and control group and the difference is notable (P<0.05).In the second period time,the intake hay of grass flavor,fruit flavor and control group are 612.20±35.23 g/d,593.08±29.78 g/d,602.64±24.90 g/d respectively and the difference is not notable(P>0.05).In the third period time,the hay intake of combination flavor and control group are 664.98±14.85 g/d and 631.66±14.29 g/d.The hay intake of combination is higher 33.32 g/d and the difference is notable(P<0.05).The result showed the sweet flavor can increase the hay intake of Alertai sheep.
