摘    要:建立了毛细管气相色谱法快速检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的分析方法。该方法以乙腈为提取剂,经C18和PSA串联柱净化后的提取液,用毛细管气相色谱法进行检测分析。该方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.003~0.006mg/kg,在加标水平为0.01mg/kg时,方法回收率为53.7%~115%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.2%~10.5%;在加标水平为0.02mg/kg时,方法回收率为52.5%~112%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%~10%。

Abstract:A method was developed for the rapid determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.This method put acetonitrile as the extractant,the extracting solution was determined after purified by using the column of C18 and PSA.The detection limits(S/N=3) were 0.003-0.006 mg/kg,the recoveries were 53.7%-115%,the relative standard deviations were 3.2%-10.5% at the addition of mixed standards of 0.01mg/kg,the recoveries were 52.5%-112%,the relative standard deviations were 3.1%-10%.
