大豆种间的核型分析

摘    要:通过对大豆3个种的核型分析,结果表明:(1)大豆体细胞染色体数均为2n=40;(2)3个种都只有1对位于最长染色体上的随体,而且随体染色体形态相近,都是近中部或近端部着丝粒染色体;(3)种间染色体长度及着丝粒位置呈规律性变化;(4)野生大豆的核型较不对称,其次为半野生大豆,而栽培大豆核型比较对称.

Abstract:The karyotypes of three soybean species were analized and the major results were as follows:(1) The chromosome number of soybean somatic cell was 2n=40.(2)Three soybean species all had only one pair satellites adhering to the longest chromosome.The morphology of these sat-chromosome were very similar, all being submedian(Sin)or subterminal(St)constriction.(3)The chromosome length and centromeric posi- tion changed regularly among soybean species.(4)The karyotype of G.soja was the most unsymmetric,and next was G.gracilis.G.max's kargotype was more symmetric than that of the other two species.
