| 摘 要： | 2013年,中国稻米市场政策市特征明显。上半年在国内稻谷产量增加和大米大量进口的供应压力下,国内稻米市场价格出现下滑趋势。但在新季稻米上市之际,3个品种稻谷全部启动最低收购价政策,市场价格被快速拉升。由于新稻收购数量较大,国家调控市场的能力增加。2013/14年度,中国稻谷供需情况基本平衡。预计在国家政策的支撑下,未来稻米市场价格仍将在高位窄幅波动。

| Abstract: | China＇s rice market was impacted by policy greatly in 2013. Under the supply pressure of in- rease in both China＇s paddy production and imports, market price of domestic rice declined in the first half 2013. At the time of new rice marketing, price was raised quickly because the paddy minimum purchase price policy for three varieties of paddy was launched. China＇s ability to regulate market increased because of the large purchase volume of new paddy. In 2013/14, China＇s paddy supply and demand was balance basically. Looking forward to the future, China＇s rice price will fluctuate slightly in high level in the support of national policy. |
