构建节约型农业机械化体系

阐述了构建节约型农业机械化体系的战略意义;分析了我国农业机械动力组成与利用现状;指出我国农业机械动力与资源消耗大的原因是传统农业机械化作业工序多、能耗大,农业机械使用效率低,机型落后、技术状态差,耕地不规则、机耕道路差;提出了改革传统耕作方法、建设节约型耕作体系,发展多用、联合、节能、高效农业机械以优化农业机械结构,从服务体系建设入手系统提高农业机器利用率等三条构建节约型农业机械化体系的战略措施;并建议政府以工程建设的方式建设节约型机械化农业生产体系。

Establishing Saving Agricultural Mechanization System

Expatiated on the tactic meaning of establishing agricultural mechanization system, analyzed the power composing and using actuality of agriculture machinery, pointed out the reason of big consuming of power resource, put forward three items tactic measures to build up saving agricultural mechanization system as reform tradition cultivation method to establish saving cultivation system, optimization agriculture machinery structure and enhancing using efficiency. Proposed government use engineering construction method to establish saving agricultural mechanization.
