摘    要:随着工农业的快速发展,农药和重金属污染物大量进入环境,在各种环境介质中形成复合污染。很多重金属和农药污染物在环境中都具有持久性和较高的毒性,对生态环境具有潜在危害。文章综述了国内外农药与重金属在水体和土壤中的复合污染现状,以呼吸作用、酶活性、死亡率和生长发育等指标作为毒性效应终点,阐述了农药与重金属复合暴露对土壤微生物、植物和动物的生态毒理学效应研究进展,同时对农药与重金属之间的相互作用进行了阐述,并对未来农药与重金属复合暴露的生态毒理学研究方向进行了展望,旨在通过对国内外农药与重金属复合暴露生态毒理学研究成果的梳理,为复合污染的研究提供新的思路。

Progress in research on ecological toxicity of combined pollution of pesticide and heavy metals
Abstract:With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, pesticides and heavy metals entered the environment, resulting in the combined pollution in various environmental conditions. Many of the pesticide and heavy metals are persistent in the environment and toxic to environmental organisms, which will cause potential hazards to the ecological environment. In this paper, the current status of the combined pollution of pesticides and heavy metals in water and soil at home and abroad was reviewed. With respiration, enzyme activity, mortality and the development as the toxicological end points, the progress of ecological toxicological research of combined pollution of pesticides and heavy metals on soil microorganisms, plants and animals was described. Moreover, the ecotoxicology research on the combined pollution of pesticides and heavy metals has been prospected. This review aims to provide ideas for the study of combined pollution by combining the domestic and foreign literatures on the ecological toxicology of combined exposure of pesticides and heavy metals. And this review also included the outlook in the research field of combined pollution by analyzing the present research situation of combined exposure of heavy metals and pesticides at home and abroad.
