鸭梨黑皮病发生机理初探

摘    要:试验测定了鸭梨黑皮病果和无病果果皮中的α——法尼烯及其氧化产物。可以认为鸭梨黑皮病与苹果虎皮病的发生机理颇相类似,也是一种生理病害,采用防治苹果虎皮病的乙氧基喹处理包果纸包鸭梨,同样可以防治鸭梨黑皮病。

Abstract:The famous pear grown in Hebei province,Duck pear,developed a form of injury which caused skin darkening in the last stage of stor- age.In the present experience,the a-farneseneand its oxidation product conjugated triene in the pear skin were analyzed.It is believed that the mechanism of the darkening ofDuck pearis something like that of superficial scald of apple.Ethoxypuin which is used in controlling apple scald can be also used in controlling the skin darkkening ofDuck pear.
