| 摘 要： | 通过比对鼠李糖乳杆菌（L.rhamnosus）与其他乳酸菌的16SrRNA基因序列的差异,设计出L.rhamnosus的种属特异性引物,应用此引物进行种属特异性PCR和实时荧光定量PCR反应,通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳图谱和实时荧光定量PCR图谱分析,建立快速检测发酵乳中益生菌鼠李糖乳杆菌的定性和定量测定方法。

| Abstract: | The differences in 16S rRNA gene region between Lactobacillus rhamnosus and other lactobacilli were compared.The species specificity primer of Lactobacillus rhamnosus was designed and used to carry out PCR and Real Time PCR.Through analyzing the electrophoretic pattern and the curve of RT-PCR,a rapid qualitative and quantitative method for the detection of Lactobacillus rhamnosus in the fermented milk was established. |
