摘    要:高密度的养殖模式造成贝类产品质量档次下降,引起贝类食品安全问题。目前各国普遍采用的净化方法主要有氯化物、臭氧、紫外线消毒3种。通过阐述这3种净化方法各自的原理以及在实际应用过程中的优劣,提出利用有益微生物的作用来降低或消除贝体内有害细菌含量。但实践上还需要研究。

Abstract:Culture with high density caused quality descending,which raised the problem of feed safety. The major purification methods had been used included disinfecting with chloride, ozone, ultraviolet radiation. The principle of each purification method, as well as corresponding merit and shortcoming was introduced in this paper. In addition,we proposed a new method of purification, which made use of beneficial microbe to reduce the deleterious microbe in shellfish.Yet more investigation was needed to perfect in practice.
