摘    要:蜂蜜因其中含有的酚类物质具有预防癌症、抗氧化、抗感染等作用,对人体健康十分有益,其中以黄酮类物质最重要.我国目前对于蜂蜜中黄酮类化合物的研究较少.采用了不同种蜂蜜及不同实验方法,进行了黄酮含量的差异性比较,并对蜂蜜中黄酮提取的最佳实验条件进行了探索.

Abstract:Honey is a kind of good food because its polyphenols play important roles in human health such as anticancer,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation,The most important compounds are flavonoids.There are few studies about the flavonoid in honey.This study compares the flavonoid in kinds of honeys,and tries to find the best experiment condition of flavonoid extraction.
