Abstract:This paper explored the deep processing industry status quo of Meizhou Citrus grandis. According to Shatian pomelo pro- cessing technology, the actual brand promotion, and combining the nutritional effects of Shatinyu and the industry situation, the devel- opment concept of Citrus grandis deep processing industry and the direction of brand development were proposed.
