| 摘 要： | 两栖类动物是经济价值较高的养殖品种，为探求其保存及运输时的最适温度，本文以黑眶蟾蜍为实验动物，观察在8～10℃、18～20℃、28～30℃三种温度下其存活状况及体重变化。结果表明，黑眶蟾蜍在18～20℃时存活时间最长，体重变化不显著。

| Abstract: | Amphibious animal are th kind of economical animals with high replying.To find the best living and keeping temperaturewe compared the three groups which temperature are 8～1018～2028～30 to observe the changes of the weights and the living numbers of the Bufo Melanostictus Schneider.The results indicated that the best temperature to keep the Bufo Melanostictus Schneider is 18～20.In this temperaturethe toad had the highest living numberand the changes of the weights were slight. |
