循环经济理念与小城镇建设

近年来,我国的小城镇建设普遍存在着规划欠科学,资源浪费现象严重,生态环境恶化等问题。循环经济是遵循生态学规律,按照自然生态系统物质循环和能量流动规律重构的经济系统。在小城镇建设中应以循环经济理念为指导,搞好小城镇建设规划和定位,努力形成以区域中心城市为依托,以小城镇自身为中心的开放式的大循环体系,促进小城镇的合理布局,实现经济社会和生态的可持续发展。

The idea of circular economy and the construction of small towns

Recently years , there universally exist many problems in the construction of small towns in our country , such as unscientific program , serious waste of resources and the deterioration of ecological environment . Circular economy is a kind of economic system which is abided by law of ecology and rebuilt according to the law of matter recycle and energy flow in natural ecology system, Therefore, in the course of the construction of smalltowns ,we should use the idea of circular economy as a guide to promote the scientific program and orientation of the construction of small towns , and try to form an open and large circular system which is supported by central city in a district and centers on small town itself so as to improve the reasonable distribution of small towns and realize the sustainable development of economy , society and ecology.
