竹炭、竹醋液是竹材热解的主要产品.竹炭烧制和产品开发是一个新兴产业,目前我国生产已具一定规模,实现了初步产业化,出现了"竹炭热".综述了竹炭、竹醋液生产技术、理化性质.介绍竹炭生产的一些主要炭窑和炭化炉,并探讨竹醋液的加工精制方法,对竹炭、竹醋液的应用及产品开发进行重点介绍,同时论述了竹炭生产开发中存在的一些问题及其研究方向.

A Brief Review on Development of Production and Application of Bamboo Charcoal and Bamboo Vinegar

As a kind of regenerative biomaterial resource,bamboo is characteristic of rapid growth and high yieldBamboo charcoal and vinegar are the main products of bamboo pyrolysis processIn this paper,the technology of bamboo charcoal production,physical and chemical properties of bamboo and vinegar are summarizedMeanwhile the main charcoal kilns and charring furnaces are also discussed,in addition to the methods of separation and refinement of bamboo vinegarOn the other hand,the application and comprehensive utilization are presented,while some current problems and research direction in the process of bamboo charcoal development are also proposed
