摘    要:论述了在逆境下植物体内Ca2+的变化及其作为抗逆信号分子的生理功能。对Ca2+在逆境下诱导抗逆蛋白、激活保护酶活性、调节抗逆基因的表达和参与活性氧的代谢等方面来调控植物的抗逆性进行了概述。提出了Ca2+在植物抗逆性研究中存在的问题及今后的研究方向。

Abstract:In this paper,the change of Ca2+ concentration and its physiological functions in plant under hardness stress were discussed.The hardness resistance proteins were induced and the protective enzymes were incited by change of Ca2+ in plant.Ca2+ in plant also regulate the expression of resistance genes and participate the active oxygen in plant were summarized.And also,the problems existing in the research and direction to further research were put forward.
