| 摘 要： | 锤片是锤片式粉碎机的重要零部件,通过对锤片形状进行创新型设计,同时改变锤片在转子上的安装方式,有效的增加了物料颗粒与锤片的碰撞概率,增加了锤片与物料颗粒在碰撞过程中的破粹力,并且还能有效的破坏粉碎过程中产生的物料环流,通过这种改进最终提高了锤片式粉碎机的粉碎效率。

| Abstract: | Hammer is an important part of the hammer pulverization.Through innovative design of the shape of hammer,and changing the installation way of hammer rotor as well,the collision rate between material particle and the hammer was increased,and the material circulation in the process of milling was decreased effectively.Through the improvement,the efficiency of the hammer pulverization is finally improved greatly. |
