小麦穗腐镰刀菌的蛋白质和酸性磷酸酯酶凝胶电泳分析及其分类意义

摘    要:
对引致小麦赤霉病穗腐镰刀菌(Fusarium)的10个种或变种及30个不同地理来源的禾谷镰刀菌株的菌体可溶性蛋白质和酸性磷酸酯酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析结果表明,蛋白质电泳图谱在大多数穗腐镰刀菌种或变种间存在着很大相似性;在禾谷镰刀菌种内,30个不同地理来源菌株间的电泳图型也基本相同,因此很难将这一生化指标用于穗腐镰刀菌的分类。十个穗腐镰刀菌种或变种间的酸性磷酸酯酶同工酶均为二条带,由于带数少,提供的分类信息少、加之彼此间有很大相似性,因此该酶在分类上没有意义。

Abstract:
Mycelial extracts from 10 Fusarium species and varieties causing headblight of wheat, and 30 isolates of Fusarium graminearum from different giographic locations were subjected to polyacry lamide vetical gel electrophoresis for their protein and acid phosphatase patterns. The results indicated that the patterns of soluble proteins and acid phosphatase in mycelial extracts from most Fusarium species and varieties were very similar, and the protein patterns of 30 isolates of F. graminearum were very few in variations. The large similarity suggested that the patterns of proteins and acid phosphtases could not be used as taxonomic criteria for differenting Fusarium sp. causing head-blight of wheat.
