| 摘 要： | 在评述奶牛β-乳球蛋白遗传多态性的基础上,对乳蛋白的基本特征、蛋白多态性以及与泌乳性能等生产性状之间的相关关系进行了相应的阐述,并探讨了乳蛋白多态性在家畜育种中的应用前景。
