摘    要:基于声强法测量声功率原理,设计了后桥噪声检测与故障诊断试验台,阐述了该试验台检测后桥噪声的工艺和试验台控制系统的方案选型、硬件设计和软件设计,并解决了控制中较为重要的上位机、下位机通讯问题。

Abstract:Comparing the advantage of sound power determination based on sound intensity method with the sound pressure method, this paper introduces how to apply the sound power determination theory based on the sound intensity method on the vehicle rear axle's noise determination platform. Based on this theory the determination process plan of the vehicle rear axles was discussed. According to the process plan, it presented the control system plan of the platform and worked out the hardware design and the control software design of the system. A detailed interpretation on the communication method between the host computer and the slave computer was presented as well.
