玛咖多糖的抗氧化性研究

摘    要:探讨了不同方法提取的玛咖多糖的体外抗氧化作用。采用热水提取、超声波、微波辅助提取、60%、80%乙醇分级醇沉5种提取方法提取南美药食两用植物玛咖的多糖成分,并与抗坏血酸相比,测定玛咖多糖的还原力、清除DPPH·自由基活性、清除超氧阴离子自由基能力及清除羟自由基活性能力。结果表明:80%分级醇沉提取的玛咖多糖的体外抗氧化活性最强,60%乙醇沉淀的多糖体外抗氧化性最弱。

Abstract:The in vitro antioxidative activities of maca polysaccharides extracted in several methods were measured.Five methods of extraction such as hot water,ultrasonic-assisted,microwave-assisted,60%,80%ethanol precipitation were used to extract polysaccharides from the South American Edible Plants of maca and the polysaccharides' reducing power,the removal ability of DPPH radical,the ability to remove Hydroxyl radical and the scavenging activity of superoxide anion radical were tested compared to Vc.The results s...
