玛咖多糖的抗氧化性研究

探讨了不同方法提取的玛咖多糖的体外抗氧化作用。采用热水提取、超声波、微波辅助提取、60％、80％乙醇分级醇沉5种提取方法提取南美药食两用植物玛咖的多糖成分，并与抗坏血酸相比，测定玛咖多糖的还原力、清除DPPH·自由基活性、清除超氧阴离子自由基能力及清除羟自由基活性能力。结果表明：80％分级醇沉提取的玛咖多糖的体外抗氧化活性最强，60％乙醇沉淀的多糖体外抗氧化性最弱。

Study on Antioxidative Activities of Maca Polysaccharides
