辽西朝阳地区自然气象灾害与防御对策

［目的］掌握该地区气象灾害规律及防御对策，对预防、减轻气象灾害的危害程度有着极其重要的意义。［方法］ 采用常规数理统计方法，进行分析评价气象灾害与经济损失程度。［结果］ 朝阳自然气象灾害主要有6种，它们不是孤立存在的，从经济损失程度和频次可排列为：干旱、冰雹、雷电、大风、低温霜冻、暴雨。在55年中，给朝阳地区造成了70亿～80亿元的经济损失。［结论］可持续性防御自然气象灾害是防灾的基础，生态环境持续朝着良性发展是防灾的途径，改变救灾为防御的意识形态是防灾的根本。做好防御工作，气象要先行，严密监测、准确预报、及时预警，才能将灾情损失下降或解除。
