复配剂螨嗪菊酯对防治抗性二点叶螨的增效作用

摘    要:利用室内生物测定和田间药效试验,测定了螨嗪菊酯对抗性二点叶螨的增效作用。结果表明:螨嗪菊酯对二点叶螨的共毒系数(CTC)是358.34,其毒力是甲氰菊酯的20.1倍,螨死净的4.45倍。用螨嗪菊酯25mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L处理室内盆栽菜豆上的二点叶螨的成螨和若螨,处理后7d的校正虫口减退率分别为71.77%、83.56%、87.92%和76.18%、90.61%、95.14%;同样浓度对二点叶螨卵的校正抑制率分别为68.76%、85.96%和94.31%。螨嗪菊酯在施药后第15d对二点叶螨成螨仍有79.77%校正虫口减退率。在田间药效试验中,螨嗪菊酯1,500和2,000倍液对苹果树上二点叶螨在施药第7d后的校正虫口减退率为95.42%、90.56%;对豇豆和茄子上二点叶螨施药第7d后的校正虫口减退率分别为83.8%、85.0%和91.08%、88.27%,具有明显的增效作用。

Abstract::By means of the bioassay and field trial, the synergistic effect of the mixture of fenpropthriu-clofentezine (FC) against the resistant population of the Tetranychus urticae Koch. were tested. The results showed that the Co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of the mixture FC to Turticae Koch. was 358.34, with high toxicity as 2.01 times and 4.45 times as fenpropathrin and clofentezine. The adult and nymph of the mite on kidney bean of pot cultural in the laboratory were tested with 25mg/L, 50mg/L, 100mg/L of the mixture FC. Corrected mite population falling rate (CMPFR) was71.77%,83.56%,87.92%(adult) and 76.18%,90.61%,95.14%(nymph) after seven days. Corrected inhibition rate for above concentration of the mixture FC to the ovum of the mite were 68.76%,85.96% and 94.31% respectively. After the mite tested fifteen days, the CMPFR was 79.77% .In the field trial, the CMPFR of 1500 and 2000 times of the mixture FC to the T.urticae Koch were 95.42%,90.56% (apple trees), 83.8%,85.0% (cowpea) and 91.08%,88.27% (aubergine) respectively, after application seven days. It is thus clear that the mixture FC has obvious syuergistic action to resistant population of the T.urticae Koch
