电子束处理对唐菖蒲M1代植株生长发育的影响

摘    要:为了探讨电子束对唐菖蒲诱变育种的可行性和不同剂量的电子束对植株生长发育的影响,用能量为3MeV的电子束辐照唐菖蒲"江山美人"和"超级玫瑰"球茎。在苗期及初花期,电子束诱变处理有显著抑制植株的生长和发育的趋势。在初花期,随着剂量的增大,唐菖蒲"超级玫瑰"细胞间隙CO2体积分数和光合速率均受到刺激作用而增大(P<0.05);唐菖蒲对电子束辐照的半致死剂量在品种间存在差异,"江山美人"比"超级玫瑰"有更强的电子束耐受性;电子束处理唐菖蒲"超级玫瑰"球茎的半致死剂量(LD50)应为240 Gy,"江山美人"的半致死剂量(LD50)则大于240 Gy。

Abstract:Electron beam was radiated on the corm of two cultivars of gladiolus("Beauty Queen" and "Rose Supreme") with 3 MeV energy in order to test the feasibility of electron beam induced mutation on gladiolus and the effects of various doses of electron beam on growth and development of plants.Electron beam irradiation could inhibit the growth and development of the plants in the shoot stage and the initial blooming period.In the initial blooming period,the photosynthetic rate and CO2 concentration in the sub-stomatal cavity in the plants of "Rose Supreme" obviously increased due to the simulation function of electron beam.It is revealed that LD50 of gladiolus radiation by electron beam varied greatly between the two cultivars,and "Beauty Queen" possessed higher resistance to radiation compared with "Rose Supreme".LD50 of the corm of gladiolus "Rose Supreme" radiation by electron beam was forecasted approximately around 240 Gy,and that of "Beauty Queen" was at the dose more than 240 Gy.
