激光处理油松种子对其幼苗抗旱性的影响

摘    要:用波长为632.8 nm,输出功率为5.8 mW/mm2的H e-N e激光辐照油松种子,以未辐照种子为对照,测定了水分胁迫下油松幼苗针叶中活性氧、丙二醛含量、组织自动氧化速率和保护酶活性随时间的变化。结果表明,随着水分胁迫时间的持续,激光处理组和对照组油松幼苗针叶中O2.-产生速率和H2O2含量均先上升后下降,M DA含量和组织自动氧化速率均呈波动性变化,保护酶SOD,POD和CAT活性均逐渐下降;与对照组相比,经激光辐照的油松种子幼苗针叶中上述各项指标均发生明显变化。表明激光处理油松种子可增强其幼苗在水分胁迫下保护酶的活性,抑制活性氧的产生,降低膜脂过氧化,有效减弱了活性氧对细胞膜的伤害,在一定范围内增强了油松幼苗对水分胁迫的适应性。

Abstract:He-Ne laser with a wavelength of 632.8 nm and the output power of 5.8 mW/mm2 was used to radiate Chinese pine.By contrast with the non radiated seeds,the change of the content of malondialdehyde (MDA),of autoxidation rate and of cell defense enzyme activity in the leaves of Chinese pine seeding were measured with passage of the time.In both laser processing group and control group,the results indicated that with the of continuing water stress,both the generating rate of O-2· and the content of H2O2 rose at the beginning and declined later;the content of MDA showed change of wave properties,the activity of all cell defense enzyme including SOD,POD,CAT descended gradually.The activity of cell defense enzyme of the radiated group can be enhanced,compared to control group;the prodution of activated oxygen was restrained and the memebrane lipid per oxidation was reduced as well;Consequently,the damage of activated oxygen to the membrane was reduced efficiently;the adaptability of Chinese pine seeding to water stress was enhanced to some extent.
