| 摘 要： | 图书馆的社会化已成为当代高校图书馆事业发展的一个重要方向。高校图书馆要向社会开放，除了具备已有的条件优势外，还要根据市场和客户的需要进行人力资源与文献资源的重新组合，以达到社会化服务的目的。
