摘    要:采用无灰型柴油添加剂在WD615.50柴油机上进行了外特性和负荷特性试验,比较和分析了燃用0#柴油和添加无灰添加剂的1#燃油时的柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放特性。结果表明,在柴油机不做任何改动的条件下,与燃用0#柴油相比较,燃用1#柴油动力性略有下降;经济性有所改善;HC排放显著降低,外特性和负荷特性试验分别平均下降33%和40%;碳烟排放在负荷特性试验中改善较为显著,平均下降了25%;CO和NOx排放均有所降低。

Abstract:The paper carried out the external and load characteristic experiments on a WD615.50 diesel engine to investigate the effect of a newly ashless diesel additive doped in diesel on the power,fuel economy and exhaust gas emission.The results showed that the power performance decreased slightly;the fuel economy increased;CO and NOx emission decreased slightly;while HC emission decreased obviously by an average of 33% and 40% in the external and load characteristic experiment,and the soot emission also decreased obviously by an average of 25% in the load characteristic experiment without modification on fuel injection and combustion system of the engine.
