摘    要:目的]探讨黄孢原毛平革菌对土壤中石油的降解。方法]选用白腐真菌的典型菌种———黄孢原毛平革菌作为降解菌,研究其mg/L,Tween80浓度为5CMC。极差分析表明,4种因素对土壤中石油降解的影响大小依次为:土壤含油量〉土壤含水率〉H2O2〉对土壤中石油的降解。并选择土壤含油率、土壤含水率、Tween80和H2O2为影响因素,在筛选单因素最佳水平的基础上,设计L16(44)正交表进行正交试验,对各因素的重要性及其最优水平进行分析。结果]单因素试验表明,土壤含油量、Tween80、H2O2和土壤含水率对石油的降解均有较大的影响。正交试验结果表明,各因素最优水平组合是:土壤含油量为6.4%,土壤含水率为60%,H2O2浓度为200Tween80。结论]该研究为探索土壤中石油降解的有效方法提供了科学依据。

Study on Biodegradation of Petroleum in Soil by Phanerochaete Chrysosporium

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to discuss the biodegradation of petroleum in the soil by Phanerochaete chrysosporium.Method] Taking the typical white rot fungus P.chrysosporium as the degrading fungus,its degradation on the petroleum in the soil was studied.The petroleum content in the soil,water content in the soil,Tween80 and H2O2 were selected as the effecting factors,on the basis of screening the best level of single factor,the orthogonal experiment with the L16(44) orthogonal design was conducted to analyze the importance of the factors and their optimal level.Result] The single test showed that petroleum content in the soil,water content in the soil,Tween80 and H2O2 had a greater influence on the biodegradation of petroleum.The orthogonality experiment indicated that the combination with optimal level for the factors was as follows: the petroleum content in the soil was 6.4%,the water content in the soil was 60%,the H2O2 was 200 mg/L4 and the Tween80 was in concentration of 5 CMC.The range analysis shows that the effects of 4 factors on the biodegradation of petroleum in the soil were in order of the petroleum content in the soil > water content in the soil > H2O2 > Tween80.Conclusion] The study provided the scientific basis for exploring the effective method of degrading the petroleum in the soil.
