食品工艺学课程创新教育教学模式研究与实践

摘    要:重新认识了创新教育的发展和内涵,研究了食品工艺学课程实施创新教育的教学方法、实践教学和考核测评方法。采用自主互动式教学模式,加强车间实习、科研训练和科技创新,应用3个层次课程考核评价体系是提升食品工艺学课程创新教学效果的有效方法。

Research and Practice on Teaching Model of Innovative Education for Course of Food Technology

Abstract:The meaning and development of innovative education were re-understood.Teaching methods,practice teaching and evaluation methods of innovative education for Food Technology were studied.The effective methods to enhance the effect of innovation education for Food Technology were to use interactive self-teaching model,strengthen the practice in workshops,research training and scientific and technical innovation,and make use of three levels of course evaluation system.
