摘    要:目的]制备活性炭/凹凸棒石粘土吸附剂,筛选脱色剂,优化脱色工艺。方法]将活性炭添加到经过有机酸改性的凹土中,高温焙烧后制备出活性炭/凹土脱色剂,SEM和BET表征后用于香菇多糖提取液脱色。通过单因素试验研究了吸附剂用量、脱色时间、脱色温度和溶液pH对脱色效果的影响。以脱色率和多糖损失率为指标,对脱色工艺条件进行初步优化。结果]单因素试验确定的最佳脱色工艺条件为:脱色剂用量2 wt%,香菇多糖提取液pH为6.0,脱色时间90 min,脱色温度50℃。在此最佳工艺条件下,采用活性炭/凹土脱色剂对香菇多糖提取液脱色,脱色率为86.8%,多糖损失率为12.3%。结论]与活性炭、纯凹土和凹土壳聚糖复合树脂相比,该吸附剂对香菇多糖脱色率最高、多糖损失率最低。

Study on Decoloration of Lentinan Extract with Adsorbent Made by Activated Carbon Loaded on Palygorskite

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to prepare the adsorbent by the activated carbon loaded on palygorskite,screen the decoloration agent and optimize the decoloration process.Method]The activated carbon was added to the palygorskite that had modification with the organic acid.The adsorbent by the activated carbon loaded on palygorskite was prepared out after roasting at the high temperature,after SEM and BET characterization the adsorbent was used to decolor the lentinan extract.The effects of the adsorptant dosage,decolorizing time,temperature and pH value on the decoloring performance were investigated through the single factor experiments.With the decolored rate and the loss rate of letinan as the indexes,the decoloring technology conditions were optimized preli minarily.Result] The optimum decoloring technology conditions deter mined by the single factor experiments were as follows: the decolorant dosage of 2 wt%,the lentinan extract pH value of 6.0,the decoloration time of 90 min and the decoloration temperature of 50 ℃.Under this optimum conditions,when the decoloration agent of activated carbon loaded on palygorskite was used to decolor the lentinan extract,the decoloration rate was 86.8% and the letinan loss rate was 12.3%.Conclusion] Compared with the activated carbon,the pure concave soil and the composite resin of concave soil and chitosan,the adsorbent had highest lentinan extract and lowest letinan loss rate.
