摘    要:用近红外(NIR)光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)进行了敌杀死乳油中有效成分溴氰菊酯含量的快速检测。通过比较敌杀死乳油与常用溶剂的近红外光谱,确定了乳油中使用的溶剂为二甲苯。在敌杀死乳油中加入二甲苯或溴氰菊酯原药来配制不同浓度的校正集,采用PLS建立了有效成分溴氰菊酯的分析模型,模型的决定系数R2、校正标准差(SEC)、交互验证参差均方根(RMSECV)值分别为0.999 9,0.013和0.022。结果表明:近红外光谱技术可以准确测定商品农药制剂中有效成分含量,方法简便、快速,适用于溴氰菊酯制剂的现场、在线分析。

Abstract:The method of near-infrared spectroscopy combined with the algorithm of partial least square (PLS) was used for the rapid determination of the content of deltamethrin in agrochemicals.By comparing the near-infrared spectra of the agrochemicals with common solvents,the solvent of the agrochemicals was determined.The calibration set was composed of the samples with different content of deltamethrin made by adding the solvent or the technical product of deltamethrin.Near-infrared spectroscopy combined with algorithm of partial least square (PLS) being employed,the content of deltamethrin in the algrochemicals was analyzed quantitatively.The determination coefficient R2,SEC and RMSECV were 0.999 9,0.013 and 0.022 respectively.The result indicated that the method of near-infrared spectroscopy can be used to analyze the active ingredient in the agrochemicals precisely,which is a convenient and quick method for routine analysis of deltamethrin products.
