| 摘 要： | 用ＮａＣｌＯ对巴里坤湖卤虫卵进行脱壳处理，得到不同孵化率的去壳卵．分别用ＬＤＨ显色镜检虫卵、ＬＤＨ同工酶ＰＡＧＥ分析及显色、卵悬液ＬＤＨ总活力测定等３种方法对不同孵化率的脱壳卵进行分析研究．实验结果表明．３种方法均反映出酶活力与孵化率呈正相关，前两种方法可做为定性测定孵化率的指标．而后一种方法则可以定量地测定孵化率。另外．作者还提出了进一步完善本实验的一些设想。

| Abstract: | We obtained cysts of different hatching percentage (H %) by deshelling with NaClO. Three different methods, such as LDH microscoping and isozyme for the whole deshelling cysts, LDH total activity assay for suspension of cysts, were used. The results suggested that LDH activities were correlated positively with H % among all three methods.The former two methods could be used as a criterion for determining H % qualitatively while the last one might be used quantitatively. In addition, ideas were put forward to impproving the experiement by the authors. |
