水溶性壳多糖对杜鹃生长激素的影响

摘    要:用毛细管电泳仪测定杜鹃生长激素的动态变化,研究壳多糖是否可以替代植物外源激素,并寻找其替代植物外源激素时的最佳浓度。结果表明壳多糖可以替代外源激素,其替代外源激素时的最佳浓度为0.25 mg/L。

Abstract:This experiment in if water-soluble chitosan can substitude the plant extragenous hormones to control the growth of Rhododendron was conducted and the best concentration of water-soluble chitosan was searched when water-soluble chitosan was used as extragenous hormones through the investigation of the variation of Rhododendron endogenous hormones with the Capillary Electrophoresis System.The results indicated that water-soluble chitosan can be used as extragenous hormones and showed that the best concentration of water-soluble chitosan was 0.25 mg/L when it was used as extragenous hormones.
