摘    要:以三黄鸡为试验材料,分析了个体、家系间羽毛密度、干毛比例、主翼羽长度、尾巴长度的差异,同时对羽毛紧凑度选育方法进行验证研究。结果表明,羽毛密度、干毛比例、主翼羽长度在个体间差异很大,家系间差异达到显著水平。羽毛密度与主翼羽长度、尾巴长度呈显著负相关;干毛比例与主翼羽长度、羽毛密度相关不显著,但与冠高有极显著相关。双向选择效果分析表明,以主翼羽长度和干毛比例为指标进行直接选育效果好,但以羽毛密度为指标进行直接选育效果较差。通过半同胞法估算出羽毛密度、干毛比例、主翼羽长和冠高的遗传力分别为0.198、0.339、0.491、0.549。

Abstract:The experiment studied the differences of feather thickness,mature feather proportion,primary feather length,tail length among Three-yellow chickens’ families and individuals,and verified the breeding efficiency based on feather compact ratio. The results revealed that there were significant differences in feather thickness,mature feather proportion and primary feather length among families and individuals. The feather thickness was negatively correlated with primary feather length and tail length. The mature feather proportion was not significantly related with primary feather length and feather thickness,but significantly related with comb height. Divergent selection for feather thickness,mature feather proportion,primary feather length and tail length revealed high efficiency for the direct selection of mature feather proportion and primary feather length, and low efficiency for selection of feather thickness. The paternal half sib estimation showed that the heritabilities for feather thickness,mature feather proportion,primary feather length and comb height were 0.198,0.339,0.491,0.549.
