摘    要:[目的]研究不同浓度的壳寡糖对杏鲍菇液体茵种活性的影响。[方法]以杏鲍菇母种“农杏”为供试菌种,将不同浓度寡聚糖添加到培养基中,观察杏鲍菇液体茵种萌发时间,测定茵丝生长速度。[结果]浓度为0.001mg/ml的壳寡糖能明显缩短杏鲍菇液体菌种的萌发时间并促进其茵丝生长。[结论]壳寡糖作为天然生物物质的降解产物,对食用茵具有生长调节作用。
