摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度激动素(KT)对马铃薯试管薯大小的影响,以期获得较大的试管薯。方法]利用"诺兰"马铃薯脱毒植株,确定形成较大试管薯的最佳KT浓度、光照时间及茎段部位。结果]KT可诱导较大的试管薯,在全黑暗、含3 mg/L KT的MS培养基条件下,来自植株茎顶端基础苗所诱导的试管薯平均单薯重最大,为326.5 mg,且植株下部茎段的基础苗也可形成较大的试管薯,平均单薯重为237.8 mg。结论]该研究可为"诺兰"马铃薯品种试管薯贮藏研究提供理论数据。

Abstract:Objective] To study the effect of different concentration kinetin on the size of microtuber in potato plantlets for obtaining bigger microtubers.Method]Using virus-free "Nuolan"potato,this experiment was conducted by in vitro culture technique in different KT concentration, illumination time and induction microtuber explants from different parts of plantlet to study effects on the microtuber size.Result] Kinetin hormone can induce bigger microtuber.Based on MS+3 mg/L KT medium in dark,the microtuber was the biggest from the upper explants of plantlets with an averagen weight 326.5 mg and the buttom explants of plantlet can also form a bigger microtuber which the average weight was 237.8 mg.Conclusion]The study provides theory basis for analyzing storage of "Nuolan" microtubers.
